Locations

In Augusta, Georgia, BDS presently runs two warehouses and a Regional Distribution facility for our largest manufacturing support customer. In our 437,500 square foot location in south Augusta, we operate a shared space warehouse serving a dozen varied clients including several fortune 500 companies. At our Pipe Yard and Distribution Center in Houston, Texas, we serve the oil and natural gas drilling industry in that market. Our project management team is totally mobile and capable of establishing operations anywhere in North America. With our new web enabled, “cloud based” WMS, we have tremendous flexibility to set up new warehousing positions anywhere your logistics plan may require. Working from Red Prairie’s hosted server, we have no need to install IT infrastructure, provide for system maintenance or be concerned with establishing connectivity, redundancy or back-up at new locations. BDS can open a fully functioning distribution center in a very short time frame, anywhere we can access the internet!

Services

We currently offer a varied menu of 3PL services from shared space or contract warehousing rail support services to manufacturing support and project management. At our Houston Pipe Yard, we offer oil field support services to include our new oil patch trucking operation to deliver pipe directly to the rigs in the fields or barges in port for deliveries to offshore platforms. Our conventional transportation services include spotting and yard management, shuttle services or local customer deliveries in support of our warehousing customers. We have a great track record in each of our service solutions with the experience and capability to provide whatever your company’s unique logistics mission might require.
